Back of my VTL TP-2.5.

When signals are being amplified by 60+ dBs, airborn noise can be very noticable.

I have my TT cable covered with ERS sheet, and that has reduced 95% of RFI(damn country music). I was more than satisfied, but decided to toy around a bit.

**Covered in/output connector plugs with ERS.
Result: BG Noise became much quieter.

** Covered unused MM input section with ERS. Taped over with electric tape (Center bulge)
Result: BG noise is noticable only when I crank up BAT preamp.

This is by far the best tweak I have ever tried.
