Description}: Current systems the Nu-Vista amp, Tri-Vista DAC, a temporary Sony DVD player used as transport (suprisingly good!) and the original Wilson Audio Cubs. Cabling's Monster Z Series, QED Silver sprial, Cool Cables Silver interconnect. Isotek Vision / Minisub mains conditioner. Guess after moving system to a bigger room, it'll be either the transport or the whole front end that'll be upgraded next.

Description}: Using a DVD player at the moment outputting to a Musical Fidelity Tri-Vista 21 DAC to a Musical Fidelity Nu-Vista M3 Amp to my Wilson Cub I's, iPod is secondary digital source. At some stage will upgrade either the transport or the whole source. As it stands, the transport/dac combo is pretty impressive, punching way above its weight so may be a while before I find something suitable, a universal player would be nice...

Description}: Getting close to the feeling of a live gig - so soundstage, air and musicality are paramount to me over audiophile jargon as timing, coloured sounding etc. Musically probably mainly into rock (Hendrix, Santana, Black Crowes etc. ) and blues (SRV, Buddy Guy, Muddy Waters etc. ) but quite varied otherwise. System sounds great, although next possible upgrade will be speakers as I hope to be moving soon and just general looking for a change/upgraditis. Don't get me wrong, I'm a definate Shahinian fan and wish more people took time out to see what the fuss is about the relativley publicity shy brand - truly AMAZING bang for your Buck in the world of hi-end audio!! System consists of: MF Nu-Vista M3 super intergrated tube/transistior hybrid AMP MF Tri-Vista 2 tube dac Sony CDP X-3000 transport Shahinian ARC speakers Kenwood DM-9090 Minidisc player Marantz ST-48 tuner Nakamichi BX-2 tape deck Monster Z-series speaker cable Koolcables cryogenically treated pure silver interconnect for DAC & Transport and also from Minidisc to Amp QED silverspiral for DAC to Transport interconnect

Description}: This is my system in it's current state, it's very musical with a huge solid, clean soundstage. I've concentrated on building a strong system from amp (Musical Fidelity Nu-Vista M3), front end (Soncy CDP x-3000 & Musical Fidelity TRi-Vista 21 DAC) and speakers (Shahinian ARC's) over time. Other items used to a lesser extent are my Kenwood DM-9090 Minidisc player and Marantz ST-48 tuner and my Ipod which seems have to become a de-factor juke box on occasion. Think my speakers will be next to be upgraded, probably for another in the Shahinian range - budgets around 2-3 grand used. I mainly into blues and rock. Any comments / thoughts / sugestions?
