Description}: Here is about 1/3 of my entire collection of movies. In the back are CDs. At this point I have about 1100 DVD's, also included are about 70 SACDs, 40 DVD-Audio, 70 LaserDisc, and NO VHS! The right side of this picture is 300 Criterion DVDs.

Description}: This is my new personal screening room in my new home. I converted the garage into this room with insulation, soundproofing, and custom-made room acoustics. All of the outlets are from a separate line than the rest of the house w/ PS Audio high-grade plugs. I also installed silent cooling fans in the rear to keep the equipment in good working condition. What you cannot see in the room is my movie collection of 1100 DVD's, which is to the right of this shot and is displayed elsewhere in my gallery.

PS Audio PSB = Happy

Description}: Back of my tower with the PS Audio cables. I can't believe how big these suckers are....over an inch thick. I didn't get them for size, but for performance. They have made a huge improvement over my previous AudioQuest GR-8s. I can now hear a much more open sound with tighter bass and a much more natural sound in the higher frequencies.

Toy Story in HD

Description}: This is what it basically looks like watching DVD's in the dark. The Samsung HD player outputs 1080i through HDMI to the Toshiba 30" HDTV. While Plasma and LCD's are far more expensive and look pretty good...I am quite content for now with this. Color-wise this is calibrated much better than what you can usually get with lots of LCD's out there anyway.
