The Home Depot Component Rack

Description}: I started this project about a year ago. After many stops and starts (mostly stops) it's finally done. My goal was to build a rack that would be as vibration-free as possible, using materials that would be easily found at my local big-box store. I like the industrial look of many of the big-bucks manufacturers, but I know nothing about metal work. So, I tried to combine my (admittedly sophomoric) woodworking skills with an industrial feel. I'm happy with the results. And, I'm ecstatic about the improvements in the sound. I never realized how much how much of the musical magic was being drained off by my $75.00 Walmart special If anyone's interested, I'd be more than happy to forward further info.
